Exostosin-3 (EXT3) from Drosophila melanogaster and exostosin-like 3 (EXTL3) are N-acetylglucosamine transferases involved in heparan sulfate biosynthesis [, ]. This entry also include Caenorhabditis elegans exostosin-2 (also known as rib-2).
